Individual Counseling

Individual counseling involves one-on-one sessions where the therapist and the client work to find resolution to concerns brought forward by the client. These sessions typically last 50 minutes and occur weekly or biweekly. Individual counseling can improve self-awareness, overall functioning, mood, and life satisfaction.

Family & Parent/Child Counseling

Family counseling involves collaborative sessions with more than one member of a family. The counselor incorporates the concerns of each family member equally as we move toward resolving the issues that are feeding the conflict in a safe, neutral space. Some family members may wish to receive individual counseling to address issues that require more concentrated attention.
